What information do we collect?
Contact form: When you fill out the contact form, you may provide:

- Phone number (required)
- Message (optional)
Full name and phone number are required fields — the form cannot be submitted without them. Your phone number will be used solely to respond to your inquiry and will not be shared with third parties, used for marketing, or added to mailing lists without your explicit consent.
Analytics data: With your consent, we collect usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, and session durations — via Mixpanel.
Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, operating system and referrer page may be collected as part of the normal operation of the site.
Legal basis for processing
- Consent — for analytics and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest — for responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
How do we use your information?
- To respond to inquiries about freelance development services

Third-party service providers
Mixpanel — Analytics
We use Mixpanel to collect website usage data. Mixpanel processes data on servers in the European Union (EU endpoint). Mixpanel acts as a data processor on our behalf, under a Data Processing Agreement. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time via the cookie banner at the bottom of the site. Google reCAPTCHA — Security
The contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and malicious automation. reCAPTCHA collects data such as IP address, device information, and interaction patterns for security purposes only — not for marketing. Google acts as a data processor for this service. Google Privacy Policy
Telegram — Internal Notifications
As part of processing contact form submissions, an internal notification is sent to the site operator's private Telegram channel. The notification includes the name and phone number provided in the form. This data is not shared with any further parties and is used solely to enable a timely response to your inquiry. Cookies and tracking
We only use non-essential cookies (analytics) after receiving your explicit consent. You can accept, decline, or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner displayed at the bottom of the site. Your preference is stored in localStorage.
How long do we retain your data?
- Contact form inquiries: Up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted.
- Analytics data: As per Mixpanel's data retention settings (can be opted out and deleted at any time).

International data transfers
Analytics data is transferred to Mixpanel and processed on servers within the European Union. No personal data is transferred to other third parties outside Israel.
Data security
The site is secured with HTTPS. No sensitive personal data is stored in site databases. Contact form submissions are processed through n8n (a self-hosted automation server on the operator's own infrastructure) and forwarded to the site operator via email and a private Telegram notification.
Children
This site is not intended to collect information from persons under the age of 18. If you become aware that a minor has submitted personal information, please contact us for deletion.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
